A deposit of £100 is required to secure your holiday dates . The balance should be paid 6 weeks before the rental begins.

For guests booking less than 6 weeks in advance full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment is either by bank transfer or Paypal (a small fee is charged for Paypal payments)
The price includes: electricity, free WiFi, all linen and towels and fuel for the fire.
For short term bookings (less that 7 nights) there is a supplementary cleaning charge of 75 pounds
Covid 19 - A full refund will be made up to 7 days before arrival if the holiday can not take place due to travel restrictions.
During the Covid crisis cleaning will take slightly longer so Bookings run from 5pm on the day of arrival to 9.30am on the day of departure.
Normal cleaning is included in the price. We ask that guests leave the cottage in the same condition as they found it and report any damages and breakages. Excess cleaning may be charged for accordingly if the holiday cottage is not left in a reasonable condition
Pets are accepted but on the strict understanding that:- They are not permitted in the bedroom or on the furniture. Nor should pets be left alone in the house. All fouling is removed immediately. Please contact us before booking if you have a pet.
We have a stict no smoking policy.
The guest agrees to pay the full cost due to negligence causing loss or damage to the property or equipment during the holiday hire period
